S23 is a compound that belongs to the group of non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs). It is currently considered to be one of the strongest SARMs available.


S23 is a potent agonist of androgen receptors. As a classic representative of the SARM group, S23 selectively intensifies anabolic changes in bone and muscle tissue, leading to an increase in bone mineral density and to an intense increase in muscle mass and strength. It does not stimulate androgen receptors in the prostate, what’s more – some reports indicate that S23 even reduces the size of the prostate gland.
S23 is a non-steroidal compound, thanks to which it does not cause the side effects characteristic of steroids, and at the same time is equal to the potency of many of them. S23 can be considered an effective and safer alternative to risky anabolic androgenic steroids


S23 is capable of maximizing the effects of building muscle tissue. It strongly and selectively stimulates androgen receptors in skeletal muscles, promoting intense muscle protein synthesis. S23 has been shown to be able to protect against muscle loss caused by glucocorticoids, drugs with potent anti-inflammatory effects. Due to the protection against muscle catabolism, S23 is perfect for the reduction period.
The use of S23 during a reduction diet is also justified due to the influence of the compound on lipid metabolism. This SARM can intensify the processes of fatty acid oxidation, and thus significantly accelerate the processes of burning unnecessary fat. It helps to obtain a lean and muscular figure.


In preclinical studies in male rats, S23 was shown to reduce the levels of LH and follicle stimulating hormone FSH, leading to inhibition of spermatogenesis and, consequently, to reversible inhibition of fertility. Normal spermatogenesis returned to normal in 100% after discontinuation of S23. Based on the results of these studies, the authors suggest that S23 may be a potential candidate for an oral contraceptive for men.


One of the reasons why SARMs were created was the search for a cure for osteoporosis for women and men in old age. By stimulating androgen receptors in bones, S23 effectively increases their mineralization, and thus strengthens them and may reduce the risk of fractures and injuries. Research shows that the effects of bone anabolism in the case of S23 are dose-independent.
To sum up, the S23 is reserved for advanced and experienced users who have managed to test other, weaker SARMs (eg MK-2866). It is a versatile compound that will successfully maximize the effects of reducing body fat and the phase of shaping muscle mass.
